Long-Tailed Vole

The Long-Tailed Vole is found throughout the western United States and Canada up through southeastern Alaska. Consisting of a small body and long, bicolored tail, this rodent occupies a variety of habitats, including dry grassy areas, mountain slopes, forests, stream banks, sagebrush grasslands, mountain meadows, and riparian zones.
